Instructions for 1-Year Postgraduate Program in HRM for Working Executives (ECHR)

Offered by Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XAHR)
ELIGIBILITY:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (minimum of 3-year full-time study), from a recognized University;
  • At least 3 years of post-degree full-time work experience in executive capacity in an organisation of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector;
  • No Objection or sponsorship certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XAHR.
How to Apply?
Step 1: Fill up the "Login Details" (in the Next page) to create and receive by email a unique XID/Login ID and Password for applying to XUB. If you have already received your XID/Login ID and Password, then login as per Step 2.
Step 2: Login with your XID/Login ID and Password. Fill up the Personal Details, Academic Details, Professional Details, and Program Details, upload your photo & signature and Submit. (You may keep ready the scanned/digital images of your photo and signature in JPEG format, in advance. The dimensions of photo may be of about 200x250 pixels, and the signature may be of about 250x125 pixels, both images within 50 kb each in size).
Step 3: Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway. (Application fee is Rs.1600/-).

If you have filled the application form and paid the application fee successfully, you will receive the confirmation by email regarding the acceptance of your online application form.

SELECTION PROCESS:

Eligible candidates will be short-listed and called for Personal Interview, to be held at Xavier University Bhubaneswar. The final selection will be based on the candidate's academic and professional background, Statement of Purpose, and performance in the Personal Interview.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

The Program will commence in July 2020. It will be spread over 12 months. There will be four modules of 10 days each, totaling to 40 days of intensive learning in the XUB Campus.

The last date to fill up the online application form is May 31, 2020.
